A little about me...
I'm Sophie Terrassin, founder of Meridian Advantage and a strategic Online Business Manager.
My own life has taught me the difference the right support makes when things feel challenging or overwhelming, and that understanding sits at the heart of how I work. I help business owners turn chaos into clarity by becoming the connector that brings people, systems and ideas together, looking beyond the immediate problem to the pattern behind it, and building thoughtful, practical solutions made to last.
Through curiosity, experience, continuous learning and genuine follow-through, I help create businesses that feel more organised, sustainable and human, giving my clients freedom to focus on what matters most.
That approach comes from a career that has taken a few turns over the decades. Way back when, I started as a systems administrator and software trainer. Then I spent the last 20 years in HR management, events management, operations and logistics management. Different industries, different job titles but always the same thread: I'm the person who brings order to chaos.
That range gives me exactly the skill set a growing business needs. Someone who understands people and process, can run complex logistics under pressure, keeps the operational engine running day to day, and isn't fazed by the systems and tech that tie it all together (my systems admin and training roots, now put to work through modern AI and tech integration).
